CRISTALINO CAVA BRUT N/V, SPAIN
"What more could you want in a budget-priced sparkler? No, it's not hugely complex, but it's fresh and lively, with lime and herb aromas, tart green apple flavors and a zippy finish. Simple, but bouncy and clean."
Cristalino Cava Brut is a sparkling wine from Spain, made from the grape varietals Macabeo 50%, Parellada 35% and Xarello 15%. Produced by Jaume Serra, this lovely sparkler offers a fine alternative to Champagne at less than half the price.

DOM DE MARTINOLLES LE BERCEAU BLANQUETTE DE LIMOUX N/V, FRANCE
The Vergnes limit their yields in the vineyard to 40 hectoliters per hectare. Harvesting is done by hand and the Blanquette de Limoux is kept two years on the lees before being disgorged. "Le Berceau" is produced from the Mauzac grape, a traditional grape of this region and is produced using the Methode Traditionnelle (Champenoise).

Like Prosecco, Fizz is less, well, fizzy than Champagne with a creamier, softer, texture. Selected from 15 different vineyards located in the Marne Valley, in the Aube and the small Mountain of Reims. It is made of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay.
With a light amber color with fine bubbles, full-bodied with a full mixture of white fruits. Dominating taste of hazelnuts and grilled almonds.
